'Finding your feet' - office set-up for new MPs
Consituents aren’t forgiving when it comes to newly elected MPs. You must hit the ground running, or you’ll be playing catch-up for a long time to come.
Our service includes:
A tailored plan on how to best use your staffing budget (based on your specific needs) and building a cohesive team of staff
Tailored recruitment for staff - both in Westminster and your constituency
Access to temporary staffing support whilst you await security clearances for new appointees
IPSA-compliant onboarding paperwork for staff already appointed
Expert advice and assistance with security protocols, monitoring equality and diversity processes, and right to work checks
Package cost: £2,250
These fees can be paid in full from your office costs or staffing budget.

Recruiting the right people first-time round is crucial to a successful office. ParliComms provide a higher standard of search, from junior caseworkers through Chiefs of Staff. Our team includes experienced Parliamentary staffers with over 20 years supporting MPs across the political divide.
We understand the pressures of Parliamentary life and work daily to nurture and maintain our network of talent.
Whether you need short term or permanent staff, in the constituency or in Westminster, we will run a legally compliant, open and fair recruitment process - including liaising with job boards such as W4MP - to present you with a shortlist of suitable candidates to interview, and then assist you with the necessary paperwork to meet IPSA’s requirements.
Permanent Staff: £1250 recruitment fee

'Full steam ahead' - our ongoing support package
Getting the best support in place for your staff is a must if you want an effective office in Parliament.
We will take the weight of providing full support to your staff, ensuring they have all of the skills and tools they need to do their jobs. We’re on hand throughout - from teething problems to rewarding success. We’ll also be by your side if difficult conversations need to take place.
Our service includes everything in the ‘Finding your feet’ package, plus:
Individual induction plans for all staff
Mid-probation review for all staff
Annual appraisals and regular reviews
Year-round training plan to upskill your staff
Weekly bulletins offering support & signposting to other services for staff
Managing exit interviews and reference requests
Package cost: £600 per month, which can be paid in full from your office costs or staffing budget.

Our communications team can help you keep in touch with your constituents all-the-year round.
We have a wealth of experience in political messaging and supporting MPs with their communications function.
Our communications service includes:
A bespoke communications plan to ensure your Parliamentary work is seen by your constituents
Video editing of all of your parliamentary speeches (including subtitling) for social media
Regular press releases on your Parliamentary activity sent to our extensive political media contacts
IPSA-compliant literature design and messaging support for your constiuency
Graphic design support for stationery and digital assets
